Teresa Collins

Teresa Collins has had extensive leadership in a variety of healthcare settings. These include for profit, not-for-profit, urban core, academic, community, rural, unionized, faith-based and micro-hospitals.


Having served as a Healthcare Executive for 14 years, to include roles as a Chief Nursing Officer, CEO, and President, Teresa has a strong grasp on hospital operations and a proven record for not only creating a vision but also true execution of strategy.


Teresa is a heart-forward leader who is Board Certified in Patient Safety (CPPS), Patient Experience (CPXP), Advanced Nurse Executive (NEA-BC), and Executive Nursing Practice (CENP).


She has shown success in eliminating contract labor, reducing turnover to single digits, moving patient experience from the 15th percentile to the 75th percentile, and improving employee engagement and physician satisfaction.
Teresa opened and established seven micro-hospitals in the Kansas City market resulting in 30% new market share and > 3500 ED visits monthly. ED Patient Experience results were consistently in the 97th percentile in Press Ganey database. These micro-hospitals were the lowest cost care delivery model with the highest quality outcomes in the Kansas City area.

Barry Beus

Barry Beus is the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Rock Regional Hospital. Barry is a results driven healthcare professional with experience in business development in both acute and non-acute settings. His expertise is in developing new programs and service lines and implementing strategy to increase market share and physician alignment. Prior to Rock Regional Hospital, Barry held various roles in business development and physician relations in the Wichita and Denver markets. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Weber State University and a Masters degree in Health Care Leadership from Friends University. He is a passionate sports fan and enjoys basketball, football, golf, pickleball, and skiing with his family. He and his wife, Haley, have four daughters.

Cindi Strack

Cindi is a Kansas native and her healthcare experience expands over 30 years. Prior to Rock Regional Hospital, she was a financial analyst at Newton Medical Center. Previously she was the Director of Accounting at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado, Ks.  She graduated with her Accounting degree from Kansas State University at the top of her class as Summa Cum Laude. Cindi is a CPA who understands and values the importance of problem-solving and organizing all details for best financial organization. When she is not in the office, you will likely find her having fun and spending time with her family, especially with her granddaughter. Cindi and her husband, Mike have 3 sons.
