Shawndra Burgardt is the Controller of Rock Regional Hospital, where she leads the finance staff. She joined Rock Regional with over 30 years of experience in accounting and payroll. Most recently she was the Director of Accounting for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Shawndra has led and been involved in several software conversions and system integrations for both accounting and payroll systems. Her leadership ability and attention to detail allow her to educate the finance team on the use of the upgraded systems.
Outside of work, Shawndra is an ultra-marathon runner and loves spending time with her husband and 3 sons.
